We are looking for an analytical and highly communicative Business Analyst cum QA to serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and our development squad. In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for two vital gates in our product lifecycle: first, capturing and refining vague business requests into precise, development-ready specs , and second, acting as the uncompromising gatekeeper of final product stability before client deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Interact directly with stakeholders and clients to deeply analyze business needs, process workflows, and operational friction points.

  • Agile Documentation: Translate high-level business logic into granular user stories, technical specifications, functional documentation, and structured sprint tasks.

  • Backlog Management: Maintain, organize, and prioritize the sprint product backlog within our project management portal (e.g., Jira, Odoo, or OpenProject).

  • Test Case Design: Author comprehensive test plans, explicit test cases, and script execution matrices for every upcoming sprint release.

  • Quality Gatekeeping: Perform rigorous manual functional, integration, regression, and edge-case testing to catch anomalies early.

  • Defect Management: Log, prioritize, and track software defects within internal issue pipelines, verifying fixes with developers before release sign-off.
